Issue 12 - Inactive subscribers

An average of 45% of your subscribers have not opened any of the emails you sent in the past 12 months, and 50% have not clicked on any of the emails you sent.

This means that the average open and click reach achieved by the respondents was 55% (slightly above average) and 50% (well above average) respectively; which is very good to see.

30% of you told us that you did not know what proportion of your list is inactive. If that applies to you we would recommend that you get tracking!
