Tailoring your content according to what you already know about your subscribers can give a big boost to response without the additional workload of creating numerous versions of each message.
There are 2 ways to do this – personalisation and dynamic content. Both of these have many advantages that are too often overlooked or under-used; and occasionally, over-used.
