Email-Worx subscribers answering the 'Spotlight' poll question, or submitting a 'Spotlight' poll question are automatically entered into the prize draw.
Entry is open to Email-Worx subscribers, with the exception of Alchemy Worx staff and their families, who are not eligible to win the prize draw. Winners from countries outside of the US and UK may be required to cover postage costs. If you are not already a subscriber and would like to enter the competition, you can subscribe here.
The Prize Draw is open each month between the following dates in 2009. Entries are accepted from deployment until midnight on the closing date:
No responsibility is taken for incomplete, lost or damaged entries. Incomplete or duplicate entries using multiple email addresses may be disqualified. The prize may be selected by the winner from a list provided by Alchemy Worx. Alchemy Worx reserve the right to amend this list at any time. If the prize selected is unavailable, Alchemy Worx reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of an equal value. Subscribers are restricted to one entry per Issue. Winners will be notified by email of the results 4 days after the closing of the draw and will be published in the Email-Worx newsletter deployed 5 working days after closing of the draw. Winners will receive their prizes no more than six weeks after the closing date. Winners must claim their prize by return email within two weeks of notification. Prizes not claimed will be reallocated to a randomly selected entrant of the same issue. The winner will be randomly selected from valid entries. The prize draw will take place at 39 Store Street, London WC1E 7DS at 10am on the day following the closing date.
Promoter is Alchemy Worx Limited, whose registered office is at 68 Croxted Road, London, SE21 8NP. Registered No: 03995003. Alchemy Worx are responsible for providing the prizes. Prizes are not transferable after selection has been made by the winner. No purchase is necessary and entry is free.
