Alchemy Worx is the largest digital marketing agency with a 100% focus on email. With offices in Atlanta and London, we handle several hundred email campaigns for a host of major national and international brands every month – and we’re growing fast. As part of our aggressive expansion plans, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager – based in London to help build our email marketing business in the UK.

The role

This new role will involve presenting Alchemy Worx Ltd. and its service offerings to major brands and blue chip companies engaged in both B2B and B2C. Your role will be to engage new customers, to build relationships, and to qualify new business opportunities for the agency to follow up with proposals and pitches wherever appropriate.

We seek highly motivated self-starters with an excellent track record in business development and sales, and it is essential that you are first-rate at verbal and face-to-face communications with a real talent for presenting. Successful applicants will almost certainly have a degree and a minimum of 5+ years sales experience working for a digital marketing, advertising or media company.

You'll need to be good at:

• Face-to-face and telephone communications
• Preparing and giving presentations
• Achieving business growth targets
• Building client relationships
• Working in a team environment
