We are looking for intelligent and hard working people to join our fast growing production team; successful candidates will get to design eye catching highly effective email messages, newsletters and landing pages for clients such as Tesco, Aviva, Vodafone- using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques and tools.

Key skill requirements:

Apart from being passionate about design, what we're really looking for is intelligence, a real talent for what you do, and unstoppable enthusiasm.

The right person will have a minimum of 2 years experience in digital design and ideally have a basic understanding of designing for email. We are also open to applications from graduates with a flair and interest for digital design.

• Creative individual able to brainstorm ideas, create scamps and develop final polished creative using Creative Suite on PC
• Understanding of HTML
• Experienced using Photoshop and other Adobe software
• Email best practice knowledge
• Solid commercial web design experience, including experience of interactive design
• A Visual Arts related degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of functional design and intuitive navigation
• Proven creative design success
