Alchemy Worx is the largest digital marketing agency with a 100% focus on email marketing. The agency was established in 2001 and today is the largest full-service email marketing agency in the UK. Alchemy Worx provides strategy, planning, design, copywriting, production, testing, reporting, and analysis of email campaigns to a host of big-name clients. These include Aviva, Carphone Warehouse, Tesco.com, UNICEF and Vodafone. We currently employ around 50 people in our smart, central London offices, and this number is growing continually.

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take control of the consulting services team within Alchemy Worx. It is an exciting time in the development of the function as consulting services has established a key role within Alchemy Worx supporting business development, in-life clients email strategy development, data planning and new service delivery.

The role holder will head up the consulting function within Alchemy Worx and will be responsible for running the day-to-day pre and post sales consulting services as well as defining and delivering the data strategy placing data and customer insight at the heart of the business. This role includes not only ongoing operational management of the team to service the needs of the business but also the delivery of consultancy projects.

You'll need to be good at:

The ideal candidate would have significant experience in email marketing strategy and planning plus several years' experience in managing and developing a marketing consulting team within an agency or a client. This would include motivating and leading a team, adding value through leading consulting engagements which deliver significant ROI for clients and creates real value for Alchemy Worx.
