Executive Vice President Operations

Alchemy Worx is an audience management agency specializing in email marketing, SMS marketing, and paid social. The agency offers businesses advanced marketing services, utilizing time-tested methods, and procedures to secure a higher rate of customer retention.


The EVP of Operations is responsible for strategically managing the execution of services delivered to our Clients from the opportunity identification stage through to ongoing client support and operations. This role will work closely with the CEO to grow the business by: supporting the Company’s delivery of best-in-class services to a growing community of clients, improving client relationships, and seeking ways to further expand service offerings to meet client needs.

This role is responsible for developing strategic insights and direction with regards to future customer needs, enabling department heads with optimized processes, tools, metrics to accelerate business growth and maintain/gain competitive advantage. This leader leads a team of 5 direct reports and ~ 100 indirect reports over multiple locations, including an off-shore support team. They drive the company’s innovation and utilization of systems, tools, and processes to improve customer experience and service. They will use data and customer

insights to identify innovation opportunities within our business. Key aspects of this role will be continuous engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders across the organization, including key functional business partners such as Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Overall, this role will develop annual and multi-year strategic plans and road-maps to strengthen our capabilities as differentiators in driving revenue, improving operational efficiency, leading transformational initiatives that result in improved customer experiences, increased operating efficiencies, and organizational effectiveness.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Provide in-depth analysis and insight into process, personnel and technology investments needed to achieve business objectives

• Maintain a deep understanding of the marketing services industry, competitors, suppliers and clients then leverage this understanding to achieve business objectives

• Develop and implement new products and services that enable the business to grow

Client Service

• Establish an environment of exceptional client service that retains existing clients and attracts new clients

• Understand clients’ varying business needs and applying knowledge of the company’s products to meet those needs

• Follow up on completed sales to assess the client’s satisfaction, to maintain contact, and to remain the preferred partner

Operational Excellence

• Develops business plans and reports on the status of the business operations that enable management to assess performance and progress

• Implement the necessary technology, personnel, process and operational oversight in order to accomplish business goals and objectives

• Ensure the provision of a reliable, scalable and secure technology and operations environment that enables clients to effectively utilize the deployed services to run their businesses

• Identify key operations metrics and use this information to enable continuous improvement in all our services

Team Management and Leadership

• Develops and maintains communication in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of management, employees and clients

• Ability to attract, hire, develop and motivate staff as needed

• Establish team focus by developing and communicating goals in support of the visions and values of Alchemy Worx

• Develop others by delegating responsibility, providing high-impact performance feedback, and assisting in conflict resolution.

• Manage organizational transformation and change by communicating change to the team, problem solving, and establishing structure.

Credentials and Experience:

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Marketing, Finance or Technology

• Ten to 15 years related experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.

• MBA required

• Service industry experience required

• Marketing or Consulting service preferred


• Salary range: $225,000 - $275,000
